Lotus Tech Creative Centre is seeking out specialist Contract Clay Modellers for high value, new to market products. This is a creative role and applicants should be flexible, forward thinking and have a keen eye for detail. A team player, you will also need to be adaptable to new technologies implemented into the Modelling process.

**Core duties**:

- To support the development and delivery of our new vehicle innovations across our EV lifestyle range
- Attend and contribute collaboratively to Programme meetings
- Ensure compliance of company policy and procedures
- Focus on the delivery of high-quality models to meet Lotus standards
- Embrace new technologies that may improve the Clay Modelling process
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of a world class design team in Coventry
- Report and escalate time and process issues to the project Lead

**Ideally suits**:

- Someone with considerable experience of working in an Automotive OEM Design Studio
- Someone with comprehensive hard modelling skills
- Highly motivated and be able to interpret Design team written, sketched and verbal instructions
- A Highly organised, enthusiastic self-starter and an enthusiastic team player
- Flexibility, working 45 hours per week
- Understanding and the ability to use 3 axis measuring machines and its supporting software
