**Job Title: Customer Service Advisor**
**Contract**:Permanent
**Hours**:35 hours a week, normally 9.00 - 5pm, Monday - Friday, working Saturdays on a rota.
**Benefits**:20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year to a max of 25 days (28 days including bank holidays) pro rata
**Location**:Chichester - Head Office
**Salary: £21,500 - £23,000 dependent on experience**
**Job Purpose**:
This is a varied role, with responsibility for providing an exceptional standard of customer service on the phone, processing orders, dealing with enquiries and processing returns at Head Office.

**Key Responsibilities -**
**Customer Service**:
- Processing post and telephone orders, customer returns and exchanges
- Office duties - sorting and distributing the post
- Database cleansing
- Book fitting appointments using approved system
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
**Flexibility**
- In order to work effectively in a changing environment, flexibility is required from the post-holder.
- Any other tasks that may be requested will be at the same level of responsibility and terms and conditions of employment.
**Reporting to** : Customer Service Manager
**Skills and Experience**
**Essential**:
- Confident and friendly, able to demonstrate empathy
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of CSM system
**Desirable**:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the effects of breast cancer, treatments and services available to breast cancer patients
- Excellent level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
