Behaviour Mentor

**The Supply Room is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team and support KS1 students in a primary school located in Wembley.**

As a Behaviour Mentor, **your role will be crucial in providing support and guidance to children who showcase challenging behaviour. **You will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

No formal qualifications are needed for this position, but previous experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential. **You should have a strong understanding of behavioural interventions and strategies**, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
