You will be supervising a motivated, talented team of individuals.

The roll must provide excellent customer service skills, experienced in managing and motivating a small sales team of Customer Service Advisors, developing new business as well as retaining existing business.

Experience in using computer software, including Microsoft Office packages,

A great mind for organisation and an eye for detail is a must.

You will be contacting business customers to discuss their needs and orders. This will involve order sales inputting, new business development, customer retention and credit control and following up calls from customers, drivers, suppliers. There will be an element of inbound and outbound sales calls involved in this role.

Working as Sales Office Team Leader, part of a small team in the hub, your role is pivotal in the daily transactions of the business.

Working hours will include 40 hours per week, Monday and Friday between 8:00am - 4:45pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Computer savvy with previous experience in a sales and customer service environment will be a distinct qualification..
