**What’s on offer**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Property Services Department and as such, we are now looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaner for one of our sites near to Saffron Walden.

You will covering cleaning & housekeeping requirements for rural holiday cabins every Monday and Friday, making ready for the next guests, managing laundry, stock replenishment requirements and working to the Clients specification.

As well as this, you should be able to cover additional domestic cleaning requirements locally in and around the Saffron Walden area.

You will require your own transport for these roles as well as being reliable, courteous, customer focused, an ambassador for the company and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people.

This role is offered on a part-time basis and with an immediate start available.

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide a mobile cleaning service.
- Access to a vehicle with no more than 3 points on a valid Driving Licence.
- Be able to provide ID, Work Permit or Driving Licence.
- Able to provide a clear and valid DBS Check within the last 6-months or happy for the company to conduct these checks on your behalf.
- Believes in delivering world-class customer services and is adaptable to client needs.

**Person Specification**:

- No cleaning experience is required as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, trust worthy and able to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Able to provide their own cleaning equipment and materials if/as required.
- Able to adapt to both Commercial and Domestic cleaning environments.
- Impeccable time keeping, reliable and ability to communicate effectively with Clients.
- Desire and drive to manage their own client base.
- A drive to succeed and exceed as you will be representing J&Williams Estates.

**What will you be doing**:

- Managing your own client base in your area.
- Covering short falls in other locations as required.
- Completing ad-hoc and one off deep cleans.
