**About The Role**:
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required
- Experienced in working with HR databases or similar systems (e.g. HR and Applicant Tracking systems).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
- IT literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Essential Duties: The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
In addition you will be responsible for: Maintaining the HR database with personnel information for new starters.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the company
