**Job summary**:
Evaluation is key in measuring the impact of our activity. The aim of which is to influence visitors to book a holiday to Britain, resulting in additional tourism spend for the economy.
- Leading on evaluating the outputs of VisitBritain’s events programmes.
- Responsible for reporting the outtakes of Key Account Management (KAM) interventions captured by the CRM. Supporting the evaluation manager in the roll out of KAM modules, which will capture key metrics about our interventions with external stakeholders (PR, Government, strategic partners, etc.)
- Supporting the Head of Evaluation in the collection and management of the organisational KPIs, including regular reporting to the board.
- Leading on evaluating impact from ad hoc marketing, commercial activities, and areas of industry support (funding), through the use of evaluation frameworks, surveys, monitoring forms, and other methodologies.
