Shop Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their enquiries and provide excellent customer service on the shop floor.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and looking their best
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
