NETWORK ANALYST

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Network Analyst to join our team to join our project team. As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our software-based solar product. You will work closelywith our technical and product teams to identify and resolve any technical issues and improve the overall efficiency of our system.

**Duties**
- Design, implement, and maintain software network infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and security of the system.
- Perform regular monitoring and troubleshooting of the network to detect and resolve performance issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of the system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new features and upgrades, ensuring network stays up-to-date and meets customer needs.
- Configure and manage network security systems, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, to protect the network from cyber-attacks and unauthorized access.
- Monitor network performance and usage, generating reports and making recommendations to improve network efficiency and reduce costs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for network issues, working to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and procedures, to ensure that information is readily accessible and accurate.
- Stay current with the latest developments in network technology, attending training sessions and conferences to expand knowledge and skills.
- Work with other members of the IT team to identify and implement new solutions and technologies that will improve the performance and functionality of their network. Network administration: Ability to manage and maintain a large scale network infrastructureto ensure seamless software.

**Technical skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge and experience with hardware, software and operating systems related to solar energy systems and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related software and network infrastructure.
- Data analysis: Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to collect and analyze network data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Risk management: Understanding of risk management methodologies and experience in assessing and mitigating potential risks related to the network infrastructure.
- Network security: Knowledge of network security principles and experience in implementing security measures to protect their software and network infrastructure from unauthorized access.
- Data visualization: Ability to visualize data and communicate results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: Strong commitment to continuous improvement and ability to stay current with industry trends and developments in solar energy and network technology.

**Q U A L I F I C A T I O N**

A Degree in Computer Science.

Experience in the Solar Sector.
