Property Inventory Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory items.
- Receive and process incoming orders.
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory items.
- Ensure all items are properly stored and labelled.
- Assist in the development of inventory control procedures.
Based from home
- Work remotely using an iPad
- Create and update inventories at the start of a tenancy to a detailed and high standard
- Compile accurate reports at the end of tenancy
- Meet with tenants, landlords and letting agents
- Hand over and receive property keys on behalf of the agent/landlord
Whether you are an experienced inventory clerk or new to the role we provide full training and support.
You must have:
- Excellent level English language
- A good eye for detail
- Reliable transport and full driving licence
- An iPad
