**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead by example, adopting Dandi policies, procedures and values.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure that all apartments and common areas are clean, organized, well-maintained and always ready for viewings.
- Clean and stock bathrooms with necessary supplies
- Empty rubbish and recycling bins regularly.
- Clean kitchen areas, including dishes, appliances, and surfaces.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to onsite maintenance.
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with residents, staff, and guests - BIG, warm hello with a SMILE
- Take control of the cleaning materials stock control and update team when and what to order.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of COSHH - cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be a dedicated and energetic professional who works well in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up-to 25kg and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harrow, HA1 3AW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
