**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Apprentice?**
- Help customers with their service needs in timely manner
- Support customers with all types of queries including parcel tracking, payment issues and returns
- Provide excellent customer service and be accurate, efficient and effective
- Follow the business procedures and Quality requirements
- Strive to improve your skills and to learn more about our products, customers and industry
- Ensuring data is complete and accurate, updating internal systems as required. Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to help grow our customers
- Look for ways and suggest how Farnell could do things better and improve
- Treat customers in a respectful and fair manner
