Position: Data HandlerKey Responsibilities:
- **Order Processing**: Accurately and efficiently enter client orders into our internal system, ensuring all details are correctly logged.
- **Support and Collaboration**: Provide support to colleagues and cover their duties when necessary to maintain seamless operations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with various administrative responsibilities to support the wider office teams.
- **Timely Processing**: Take responsibility for the timely processing of all orders and ensure any queries are resolved professionally and efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Complete daily reports and prioritize tasks to ensure they are completed within the allocated time.
- **Issue Resolution**: Ensure all collection and complaint notes are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- **Credit Notes**: Raise credit notes on the ASW Computer System.
- **System Maintenance**: Work with and maintain company administration systems, providing feedback to improve service and process efficiency.
- **Customer Service**: Support the office teams to maintain professional customer service according to company guidelines.
- **Information Management**: Ensure accurate information is entered and maintained in relation to planning administration and service requirements.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of all information within the department and ensure security codes for the computer are not misused.

Additional Duties:
- **Team Support**: Assist team colleagues to meet daily targets and resolve any issues.
- **Role Coverage**: Assist and cover other roles within the department during holidays and sickness.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with staff both verbally and in writing, ensuring critical information is provided to supervisors/managers in a timely manner.

Outline of Process:
- Use the central system to locate key header information: Customer, Customer Reference, Type of Order, Required Date, Contract Detail, Address Detail.
- Handle over 9,000 item codes, a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., DV14, ACDV11, UN3160G/KL005/ST60).
- Enter item details (Item, Quantity, Colour, etc.) into the system with speed and accuracy.
