**About the Role**:
NTU Psychology is seeking a fixed-term lecturer to support the delivery of teaching on our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Your area of expertise will align with our activity in research, knowledge exchange activity or the scholarship that underpins our teaching and learning and you will help build capacity in these.

You should be an enthusiastic lecturer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting students' development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Mentoring and support for development will be provided to appointees appropriate to their level of experience.

NTU Psychology is recognised nationally and internationally for delivering theoretically informed and applied research.

Within the UK we are the largest provider of full-time undergraduate degrees in psychology. Our pre-covid NSS scores for overall satisfaction was above 90% for eight years and since covid have been ahead of the sector average and sector benchmarks. As a department we have co-written the introductory Essential Psychology textbook for SAGE, recently completing the 4th edition.
