Due to recent reorganisation and investment within the Workforce Directorate, we are excited to establish three new roles of Associate Director within our service. These new roles have been designed to support the delivery of the Trust’s People Framework and workforce plans to support the Trust’s strategy and objectives.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Transformation to help deliver our transformation plans. Supporting the Director of Workforce, this role will lead and support a number of transformation programmes planned at BHRUT. The role will focus on supporting the organisation redesign and other areas of work within the collaboration between BHRUT and Barts Health.

The role will be responsible for the Workforce Transformation Team, working closely with the senior Workforce team, the business partner team and colleagues from the Trust’s, Programme Management, Pride Way, Education, BHR Academy and OD Teams.

The role will lead on the Trust’s strategic priorities which includes the Elective Recovery Programme, development of Community Diagnostic centres, and improving the urgent and emergency care pathway. The post holder will work closely with the Associate Director of People to provide expertise on the workforce plans redesign ensuring this programme runs effectively and efficiently.

You will be an expert in successfully managing projects and programmes including workforce transformation.
