**Ardent Construction and Ardent Plumbing and Heating are looking for an Adminstrator due to company expansion. Both companies are fast growing with a wide variety of contracts and this role will be based across both, working alongside our Operations Manager and company directors.**
**This is a new role and will give the successful applicant to develop the job role as the company grows.**
**This could be a full or part time position with flexible working hours a posibility. We would be looking at a minimum of 24 hours a week.**
**We will settle for nothing less than 1st class quality and service as a company so therefore, getting the right people is very important. Suitable experience is essential as are great communication skills and the ability to drive. You will need to be a team player and add to a positive working environment.**
**Daily duties will include**:
- Dealing with Customer Enquiries in a positive manner
- Sorting and Inputting Invoices to Accounting Software
- Managing Staff Timesheets and Invoicing Customers
- Managing Customer Booking System and Setting Up Appointments
- Occasional Property Viewings with Potential Buyers
**Requirements for Role**:
- Previous Experience in Similar Role
- A good level of IT ability including Office Software
- Ability to follow Company Health and Safety Regulations, GDPR requirements and Safeguarding
- Suitable Qualifications
- References
- Reliability and Good timekeeping skills
- Driving License
- Good Team Player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £9.50-£13.50 per hour
