**What can you expect as a Customer Service Executive?**

**WORKING HOURS**
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
- Day Working

**During your journey as a Customer Service Executive, you will**
- Provide day to day support to the Driver Partners
- Support with the handling of complaints
- Undertake relevant Driver Partner engagement processes and ensure all documents are processed correctly and saved on file
- Ensure all Driver Partners have the correct equipment and information needed to remain compliant with local licencing guidance
- Promote and add value to the services provided to Driver Partners
- Analyse Driver Partner statistics to understand the current local market and competitors to aid driver retention
- Support Driver Partner with any accidents or collisions and follow the relevant processes
- Provide excellent communication with Driver Partners - interpreting and responding clearly and effectively to verbal or written requests.
- Assist Driver Partners with basic queries.
- Ensure that customer information is safeguarded at all times, in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Motivated and able to act proactively and independently
- Have good administration and organisation skills
- The ability to thrive and be positive when working under pressure
