**The job in a nutshell**

- Play a vital role in offering professional HR assistance and support, which encompasses advice on employment terms and conditions, resolution of work-related issues such as grievances, discipline, flexible working, probationary periods, absence, performance management, and organisational development
- Assist managers during meetings related to grievances, disciplinary matters, formal absenteeism, and probationary processes
- Contribute to the HR Strategy, participating in designated projects and facilitating change management

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in Employee Relation is essential
- Previous and current experience of working to a similar level within a busy, proactive HR function with demonstrable experience of managing a high and varied caseload
- Working knowledge of current employment law and best practice
