Dance Instructor

Overview

UK Sports Coaching Ltd are seeking a Dance Coach to support in our dance school Just Dance Academy and delivery of day-to-day Dance lessons during curriculum time and after school within school settings.

The post holder will be expected to develop and manage relationships with staff members and dancers, parents, staff and community partners with the aim being to support the growth and development of Just Dance Academy. Include a range of school programmes, dance classes during curriculum time and after school and holiday programmes.

Job Specification:

- Delivery of various coaching programmes to a range of abilities, ages and genders based at the Just Dance Academy and also throughout the community
- Developing positive but professional relationships with parents, dancers, coaches and teachers is imperative. All staff will be guided to manage communication appropriately.
- As required the dance coach will assist other staff with wider community engagement projects researching new opportunities as appropriate.

Qualifications / experience but not essential:

- Has an enhanced DBS.
- Has experience delivering within a school setting and a dance school.

Pay: £20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stockport, SK6 2BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
