**Job Title: Property Sourcing Agent**
**Location: United Kingdom**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Property Sourcing Agent to join. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, hybrid role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source potential properties throughout Birmingham, UK that meet our acquisition criteria.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, property managers, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiate purchase terms and contracts with property sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient property acquisition processes.
- Follow up on leads and close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
- Regular reporting and updates to management on market conditions and acquisition progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property sourcing or a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK property market.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £22,380.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
