Sawmill Worker

Duties:
- Operate and maintain sawmill equipment to cut logs into lumber
- Monitor sawmill machinery for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Stack and sort lumber according to grade and size specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on sawmill equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a sawmill or similar manufacturing environment vital
- Experience using crosscut and re-saw machinery
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
