**Full job description**

No.3 The Deli is an independent cafe, serving up creative food and great drinks, homemade or locally sourced. We have a strong presence in Corsham, becoming a favourite for locals, visitors and workers. No. 3 has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, welcoming all and we pride ourselves on giving a great service to all who visit.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and motivated individual to join our small friendly team. Working in our independent business you will have an opportunity to have an input on new ideas and help No.3 continue to grow in its success.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages
- Supporting the kitchen manager with prep of food as required
- Serving customers and taking orders, providing the best service at all times
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
- Cleaning and sanitising of work areas, seating areas, utensils and equipment
- Taking and processing customers payments

**Experience**
- Worked in a fast paced, self-directed environment
- Barista experience
- Food preparation desired, training can be provided
- Experience in a hospitality environment
- Keep calm mentality and customer focussed
- Food hygiene qualifications are desirable but not essential as this can be provided

**What we offer**
- £9-11 per hour depending on experience
- Full time, permanent - 5 days (40 hours) per week (2 Saturdays per month with a weekday off in lieu)

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corsham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 08/01/2024
