Bid Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Bid Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact for bid-related activities, facilitating communication among various teams involved in the bid process.

Organize and lead bid kick-off meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and inputs for tender submissions.

Develop and maintain a bid calendar to track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Develop and maintain an understanding of client requirements and expectations

Team Coordination:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in the bid process, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.

Conduct bid kick-off meetings, outlining objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.

Documentation Management:
Manage and organize bid-related documents, ensuring version control and document integrity.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information, such as technical specifications, pricing details, and other relevant content.

Prepare and format bid documents in accordance with submission requirements.

Proposal Development:
Create compelling and well-structured proposals that address client needs and showcase our organization's capabilities.

Manage the preparation of all required documentation and ensure compliance with tender specifications.

Ensure all tender submissions meet the specified requirements and deadlines.

Compliance Assurance:
Review bid invitations and ensure compliance with submission guidelines and requirements.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or regulatory considerations.

Conduct thorough reviews to verify that bids align with client expectations and organizational capabilities.

Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure all aspects of the bid are addressed.

Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bid submissions.

Conduct internal reviews of bid documents to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.

Review tender documents to identify and address potential issues, ensuring submissions are comprehensive and compliant

**Profile**:
Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal development, or a similar role.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in document formatting.
