Are you looking for a health and safety Manager position with massive potential for progression and professional development?

We are looking for Health and Safety Managers to join and established civil engineering business who are in a phase of massive growth.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Working with senior management team to promote the highest possible health and safety standards, procedures and practices
- Monitor HSEQT performance through inspections and audits
- Produce accurate and insightful reports which are geared towards the audience that is being engaged at the time
- Support event investigations, finding root causes and provide solutions to ensure that this issues are avoided in the future
- Build and maintain long lasting relationships with external customers as well as colleagues in the office and on site

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**
- NEBOSH General certificate (Construction would be advantageous)
- Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) - Technician or IIRSM Member
- CSCS Card - AQP/PQP/Black Card
- Relevant sector (Infrastructure - Highway and/or Rail) experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organisation
