Not an exact replica, but someone experienced in the realm of customer retention, particularly in the B2B sphere (although, if you have B2C experience, we would still love to hear from you).
If you excel at maintaining strong customer relationships, staying on top of things, and possessing a background in sales, account management, or customer retention, this opportunity could be tailor-made for you.
**Who We Are, What We're Seeking, and What You'll Accomplish**
As specialists in fire protection and fire safety solutions in the UK, we are seeking a dedicated individual who can help us address the challenges we face in retaining customers.
We lose customers not due to any deficiencies in our work, but rather because a significant portion of our maintenance contracts are won through large Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) companies, construction companies, or Facilities Management (FM) companies - also known as the incumbents.
The issue lies in the fact that we often learn about the loss of a contract when we contact the end user to schedule maintenance services, only to discover that the incumbent has been replaced or the contract has been lost.
This is where we need your expertise. We require someone who can fill that void.
- Working closely with our office team, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with clients
- As the primary point of contact for our recurring revenue and portfolio of clients, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Your role will place a strong emphasis on client retention and driving revenue growth with our existing customers
