We are looking for an experienced IRO to join the team In Durham

Your Responsibilities
- Chair statutory multi-agency reviews and child protection case conferences.
- Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and review of plans for children, families, and carers in the looked after system or those at risk of significant harm.
- Regularly monitor plans through multi-agency meetings, adhering to national and local guidelines.
- Make necessary amendments to plans as required.
- Analyze Performance Information to establish individual targets aligned with agreed service outcomes.
- Contribute to the delivery of continuous service improvement by supporting the Service Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

- Qualification in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS
