Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential, commercial and block management. We have an opportunity for a Cleaner/Housekeeper to become part of the Block Management team, based in a large development in Cardiff Bay. The hours available are 8am-2pm, Monday - Friday.

You will be representing the company by having direct contact with residents, visitors or site contractors you will ensure the highest levels of customer service. A proactive and diligent approach is required to ensure health and safety standards across the site. Reporting directly to the Block Manager or Head Concierge.

**Your responsibilities**

In general, the role will consist of primarily cleaning of apartment blocks, however, some outside work such as sweeping areas and watering plants, etc may be required as well as assisting with holiday cover.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Sweeping of outside areas, car park and bike stores.
- Clearing leaves and litter on site.
- Clean metal skirting around the outside of the building.
- Clean any outer doors and frames.
- Clean outside light fittings.
- Empty the smoking boxes on site.
- Wiping down window sills, skirtings, door frames etc.
- Ensure all areas are free from cobwebs.
- Clean lifts daily.
- Ensure walkways remain clear and free of items and debris.
- Report any Health and Safety concerns.
- Great attention to details and works well to ensure tasks are completed.
- Accurate recording of information.
- To have a positive impact as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Able to be flexible in approach to responsibilities and to carry out such duties and

responsibilities as may reasonably be directed by your managers.

**Skills**
- Ability of handle equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage and disposal methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent Organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without supervision.
