**We are currently recruiting **
A **Library Officer **to manage **Savick Library. **This is a permanent role, and you will work an average of 20.5 hours per week which will include some evenings and weekends, over a two-week rota (see attached rota)

**Your new role **
We are looking for a **strong leader, **who is **customer focussed **and **digitally savvy **with the skills to **manage **a team of staff and volunteers. Our ideal person will be **welcoming **and **friendly **, have a **love for reading **and be passionate about sharing this. You will have **excellent communication and problem-solving skills **with the confidence to be able to work with **a range of partners and volunteers.**
Sometimes, you may be required to work at other locations and the role may involve some lone working.
