**This is the job**:
Joining the AA as a Portfolio Programme Consultant, you will support the development of current portfolio and programme propositions across tech and data with delivering high value technical strategic roadmaps within your assigned portfolio by collaborating with an array of senior stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors.

This is truly an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a huge disruptive technological shift within the Automotive industry - most significant since the invention of the combustion engine

**What will I be doing?**:

- Structure and guide with translating strategy and investment into credible plans
- Overseeing and working with the leadership teams and other key stakeholders on the following:

- Development of the current proposition’s roadmap, covering product, tech, data, B2C GTM and B2B GTM
- Pipeline of new concepts and products through a structured process
- Stakeholder management, including the group CEO, GEC, board/ sponsors
- Risk management and mitigation
- Special projects
- Help the leadership team to balance the resourcing needs of each team to ensure adequate capacity to deliver to the right standards for both the current product and the future activities
- Work across assigned portfolio and wider Group business to identify and push action on dependencies, processes and new capabilities between teams, group functions and third parties including providing simple and precise success metrics
- Partner with the portfolio leads by identifying issues in advance and making credible recommendations where possible
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure plans are adequately resourced and funded, or changed

**What do I need?**:
**Essential**:

- Demonstrable experience of delivering complex programmes, strategy and products across an array of scope and scale ideally within an agency/incubator/start-up business launching new parallel products
- Strong ability to collaborate with and in-direct manage multi-functions across a group-wide business
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced evolving environment within IT, Digital and/or Data
- Significant stakeholder management experience possessing the ability to influence, challenge and persuade Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset to create and drive forward strategies, explore new and better ways of providing delivery output and align wider business goals/objectives within your portfolio
