Rotajet manufacture industrial recycling equipment to export across the globe. With customers around the world, digital marketing has a played a huge role in brand awareness, creating visual content and providing a streamlined customer journey to achieve a global reach.

At Rotajet, the Marketing apprentice will have the opportunity to learn, develop and explore all aspects of digital marketing.

Working within a small team, the apprentice will play a key role in our online presence and digital marketing. The apprentice will be fully involved and learn about the plastic and recycling industry from a creative marketing perspective and take a hands-on approach to complete the task.

**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice with Rotajet Systems, an industrial equipment supplier based in Wakefield. Looking for an enthusiastic creative individual that enjoys with a focus on visual content
- Providing day-to-day management and support to our digital campaigns.
- Creating engaging short form and long form content for social platforms.
- Using insights from data to identify trends and helping to implement optimisation strategies.
- Supporting on testing methodologies to test and learn across different approaches.
- Using a variety of digital tools and platforms, including DSPs, Ad servers, Audience Management platforms, Social-media, and SMGs own evaluation& planning tool.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
**Content creation**
- Creating a variety of social posts and content.
- Video filming and editing for long form and short form videos.
- Photo editing and development to create appealing and compelling visuals.

**Copywriting**
- Writing compelling copy for web pages and print media.

**Branding**
- Marketing targeted products.
- Creating product ads to be presented across a number of platforms.

**Website development**
- Learn how to create, edit and design web content.

**Analytics**
- Learn how to analyse social developments and use analytics to track progress.

**Qualifications**:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Creating and a hands-on approach.
- Ambitious with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Confident with good communication skills.
- Determined and curious approach to work, with a willingness to get involved in a range of tasks.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

- Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
- Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
- Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
