Senior Ward Nurse to join this hospital in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire which provides a variety of services for those patients undergoing most specialties of surgery.

This hospital based in Hertfordshire provides a number of services from day care to major surgery and general medical care.

**We are seeking**:

- Leadership experience on a medical or surgical ward
- Experience at a senior staff nurse level
- Acute experience
- Mentorship experience

Shift pattern would be full time rota covering a days, evenings, twilights and weekends

Negotiable salary DOE Band 5/6 equivalent for this Senior Nurse Position + numerous benefits, CPD and personalised training
