Quality and Environment Associate

**WRc**, a member of **RSK Group, **is looking for a **Quality & Environmental Associate** to join the team to support the quality environment and data protection manager on a **full-time, permanent** basis. This will be a **hybrid **role based in our office in **Swindon, UK**.

WRc is part of the RSK Group, a leading integrated environmental, engineering, and technical services business providing dynamic, multidisciplinary services to a wide range of sectors.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the business to continually improve working practices and procedures
- Undertaking internal audits, using the results to help improve systems and compliance
- Preparing quality, environment and other statistics as required, in readiness for reporting
- Supporting requests for the completion of bid / tender questionnaires and Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
- Supporting requests for the completion of supplier / sub-contractor questionnaires
- Liaising with internal staff at all levels of the business with regard to quality and environmental procedures and requirements
- Promoting a culture of process compliance across all areas of the business
- Additional tasks as may be required by the Quality & Environment Manager / Data Protection Officer compatible with your role and responsibilities

**Qualifications and experience**
- Be able to demonstrate a real interest in / experience of process development and review
- possibly have a couple of years’ experience in working with current ISO Management System Standards
- possibly have some internal auditing experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Critical thinking skillsasking ‘why’ and ‘what if’ should come naturally to you
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A collaborative approach e.g. an interest in what makes people ‘tick’ and to support them as part of the business’ continual improvement journey
