Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Leading National Logistics & Distribution company to recruit for an Senior HRBP. This is a great opportunity to join a true leader in their field who are going through a huge transformation from an operational perspective.HR are well respected within the business and have a voice that is heard, and a seat at the table.

**This is a true business partnering role where you'll be involved in**:

- Talent and succession planning across your areas
- Workforce planning ensuring you have the right headcount in the right places
- Aligning your people strategy to the financial plan and needs of the business
- Employee Engagement and trust survey, understanding the focus areas and driving the plan to support and deliver any action points
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Building relationships with Trade Unions and working on joint initiatives

**Ideally you'll be someone who**
- Has a strong business partnering background within an operational environment
- Thrives on senior stakeholder management with the gravitas to shape and influence
- Has been involved in huge transformational change before or has a real appetite to do so
- Understands the relationships with Trade Unions (even if you're not necessarily dealing with them on a day to day basis)
- Can travel to multiple sites around the SE London area
