- Liaising with overseas agents for sea freight import bookings
- Uploading customers bookings to online freight system
- Dealing with customer queries, providing quotations, invoicing
- Processing full customs entries and arranging shipments and haulage
- Freight Forwarding experience, customs experience essential
- Experience of DEFRA, Destin8 preferred.
- Self-starter
- Able to work well under pressure
