We are currently recruiting for a **Housekeeping Assistant** to join the team here at** The Address Glasgow**, in the heart of the city centre.

Newly opened and fully refurbished, we offer 95 stylish bedrooms, a new destination Restaurant and Bar and Wellness facilities.

This is a great opportunity to join our fun and enthusiastic Housekeeping team

You will be responsible for cleaning guest bedrooms, restaurant and bar areas and breakfast rooms, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness.

**Key duties of the role**:

- Clean rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to the required standards replenishing stock for rooms and public bathrooms
- Ensure bed linen and towels are changed to the agreed schedule and standards operating procedures
- Keep trollies, caddies and storage rooms tidy and clean and fully stocked
- Ensure any guest property left behind is passed to the relevant manager for safe storage.
- Report any maintenance issues to supervisors or managers promptly
- Participate in training exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels.
- Pass over customer queries in a courteous and sympathetic fashion and report any issues to your manager immediately.
- Arrive for duty in accordance with rostered times in full clean uniform and wearing name badge at all time.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Communicate and work well with colleagues
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Available to work a flexible rota including mornings and weekends
