We are currently looking for full time and part time baristas to 4 of our locations in Inverness:

- Starbucks Eastgate
- Starbucks Rose Street
- Starbucks DT Walter Scott
- Starbucks New Look

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Displays a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow all H&S protocol and operational procedure's to a high standard.
- Receptive to ongoing coaching and feedback
- Drives the implementation of company programs by meeting operational and organisational objectives.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include a total of 16 or more hours per week.
- One or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions and suggestions.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
