A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based in Braintree. This unique Nursery is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join their enthusiastic and dedicated team Situated in a picturesque, historic building, the setting contains roomsand an outside area which are large and encourage children to explore new and exciting interests in a secure natural environment.

Main Responsibilities;
- Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers
- Supervise the children fully and maintain ratios
- Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
- Plan and assess children, with the possibility of having your own group of key children and work as part of a team.
- Be able to implement the EYFS in to planning activities
- provide a warm and caring environment in order for the children to flourish
- Building close relationships with parents and carers to continue providing the fantastic care for our children and excellent ongoing support for all of our families.
- To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required.
