Weee Recycling Opertive

CCL (North) Ltd. are an electronic recycling company based in Irvine, Ayrshire. As part of the Optimum Eco Group, we are leading the charge to a circular economy through the innovative reuse, repair, refurbishment and recycling for all types of Electronic and Electrical equipment including IT and Displays.

We are recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join our busy team.

You will be required to safely deliver the tasks and products in line with customer requirements to time, cost and quality. You will be expected to be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently part of the time, but also to work effectively with colleagues as part of the larger materials processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying, recording and detailing equipment
- Checking for hazards / non-conformance
- Component and parts recovery for reuse and or recycling
- Disassembly and segregation of equipment into base materials
- Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised
- Carrying out cleaning, basic maintenance tasks and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Manual handling / Heavy lifting will be involved

Full training and PPE will be provided.

Working week is Mon - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30 - 2.00pm.

CCL are an accredited Living Wage Employer.

**Salary**: Up to £11.23 per hour
