**Phillips Waste Management** are a family run **Skip Hire** company based in **Cliffe, Selby **seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our friendly team in providing admin support and maintaining efficient office operations **Mon-Fri - 42.5Hrs a week.**

The purpose of this new role is to provide Monday to Friday admin support to a busy Waste Management Team.

This role would be best suited to someone with previous administrative experience in an office based environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise and schedule Skip/Waste Bookings - Deliveries, Collections, Exchanges
- Input data into our Management system and maintain accurate records.
- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as typing, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Support with Xero entries and basic financial record-keeping.
- Assist in managing office documentation and filing systems.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in administrative duties with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent clerical skills for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to handle phone communications with professionalism.
- Competency in general office operations and procedures.
- Proficiency in computerised systems for various office tasks.
- Typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Experience with Xero or similar software for basic financial management.

**Hours - Mon-Fri 42.5 Hours**

**Full Time - Permanent Position**

**Must have own transport as not on or near any public transport routes - free on-site parking**

**Holidays - 28 Days**

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
