An exciting opportunity to join a high end kitchen/bedrooM/Furniture company as a Showroom Manager in London and have a direct impact on the business and its future direction. The company offer a high quality product range and high level customer experiencewith a no-pressure approach to customer sales - their customers are looking to be taken on a journey and it’s all about understanding their needs, their home, their lifestyle, and then recommending the right products for them. They deal with well-known Italian,Spanish and Scandinavian brands e.g. Molteni, Saba Italia, Novamobili, Bonaldo, Bolia, Northern and many more.

**The role**:

- Responsible for running an efficient and profitable showroom by achieving and maintaining brand standards and operating procedures
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at each customer touchpoint; engaging customers and generating leads, inspirational design, customer sign off, pre-installation, delivery, and installation
- Kitchen / Wardrobe planning and design

**About you**:

- Experience of working in a high end showroom sales environment (e.g., cars, jewellery, watches, homeware, electronics, kitchen / bedrooM/Furniture or similar)
- Excellent level of customer service - you will know what a great customer experience looks, sounds, and feels like
- Experience of generating / driving sales in a store or showroom environment
- Experience of working with leading luxury brands / high value items essential
- Experience in kitchen/wardrobe design OR Interior Design essential
- Availability for Saturday working

As our clients new Showroom Manager, you will be an active presence on the sales floor, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress. It is important that you can work on retail projects and new initiatives as and when required.With a background in a service focused retailer, the company are seeking an established Store Manager who can succeed in a premium environment.
