**Hours per week**:Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00

**Rate of pay**:£10.75 per hour

**Your role**:
As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a General Operative to join the Reconditioned business unit at our Bristol site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate restoration of pallets, working to detailed specifications and the sortation of pallets into specific types.

A 13-week training programme will enable you to work safely and accurately as part of a team to maintain high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times.

As a General Operative, you will demonstrate effective communication skills and attention to detail. You will strive to constantly meet order demands whilst improving ways of working and driving down waste.

Our award-winning pallet manufacturing and pallet supply business thrives on finding the most effective solutions for our customers and provides competitive, sustainable, safe pallet solutions to help customers achieve their own environmental and sustainability targets.

Our sustainable pallet solutions include a range of new, bespoke or standard pallets, reconditioned pallets and a pallet recovery, repair and reuse service. We work collaboratively with our customers to promote circular economy principles in the use of timber packaging and pallets and to deliver the best solution for their needs.
