**Your role**

You will work on a one-to-one basis with local young, hard to reach, SEMH and SEND children. You will be expected to plan and run Fitness workshops in our high-quality gym space.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will be developing and managing the Innov8 Fitness workshop with all aspects of planning and preparation while mentoring our students on a one-to-one basis.

**Your responsibilities**

You will have responsibility for the education and safety of students whilst in your care and the responsibility of managing and maintaining the innov8 Fitness workshop.

**You will need**:

- a sports/fitness/personal training qualification
- awareness of age-appropriate workouts.
