**Sommelier - Michelin Star Restaurant - Dorking**
We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivaled guest experience.

**The Place**
Our client is a stunning Michelin star, 4 AA rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the Surrey Hills in Dorking. Having been named the 2019 AA Restaurant of the Year, the restaurant is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

**The Person**
The Sommelier will have:

- Experience as a Sommelier in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining venue
- Ideally having Level 3 WSET or a similar qualification with the Court of Master Sommeliers
- The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
- Great communication skills
- Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Confidence to deliver training to and inspire the FOH team
- Live locally or have their own reliable transport to Dorking - public transport is not an option for this role
