The role of Faculty Registrar is a senior position working within the Faculty Executive Team with strategic and operational oversight of all Faculty activities.

The role of Faculty Registrar is a senior position working within the Faculty Executive Team with strategic and operational oversight of all Faculty activities.

As Faculty Registrar you will report directly to the Dean of Faculty. Responsible for advising the Dean, ensuring robust and effective governance, compliance and resource allocation in support of the faculty’s strategic objectives.

You will act as a conduit between the Faculty Executive Board and Central University Departments, specifically: Finance, HR, Registry, Planning, Digital Services, Estates and Facilities, and will be responsible for operationalising both University and Faculty strategic initiatives.

You will be expected to lead on Faculty projects and to represent the Faculty at University committees and groups.

You will have significant proven experience at a senior level as a leader of matrix administrative teams in a complex organisation.

You are required to demonstrate evidence of significant financial acumen, experience in delivering and supporting all aspects of the student lifecycle, managing both internal and external projects, developing and implementing strategy and policy.

You will have demonstrable resilience in managing, supporting and implementing, organisational change.
