To work in a supportive, flexible and person-centred way across Derby City with individuals who require support to reduce alcohol consumption levels. To provide intensive structured 1:1 or group work sessions to individuals experiencing alcohol difficulties.

To work in partnership with the alcohol assertive outreach team, preparing service users for reduction, drink down or community detox programmes and identify service users for in-patient detox and residential rehabilitation as appropriate, to attain improved health outcomes and achieve their personalised treatment goals.

Furthermore, you will support them in their individual, person-centred journey to build recovery capital by partnership working with other support agencies and local projects.
