You will be pivotal in agreeing individual case plans, holding individuals to account and analysing our data to pinpoint systemic issues.

Whilst the role is based at London Blackfriars, you will be aligned to our Wessex Route and will need to be able to travel to support face to face fairly regularly.

We support agile working so please explore this at interview if you have more questions.

- Maintain and track case records and documentation through HR Direct and Network Rail systems in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the provision of consistent advice to line managers and therefore required to liaise across the broader HR function and share knowledge proactively.
- Proactively maintain own knowledge on Employment Legislation and Organisational awareness.
- Provide support to the ER Operations Manager or HR Business Partner team/s as required/requested.
