**Stock Controller (Fire & Security)**
- £25,000 - £26,000, however, will consider more for the right person.
- 37.5 Hours: 9:00-17:30
- Company Uniform
- Use of Company Vehicle
- 23 days holiday

Our client a Fire & Security specialists are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to oversee and manage Procurement, Stock & Fleet Management operations to support the business.

**Key responsibilities of the Stock Controller**:

- Stock Control
- Procurement
- Fleet Management
- Ensure all vans and projects are fully stocked with relevant materials and parts.
- Good use of word to liaise with suppliers and courier services
- Good use of Excel for updating and monitoring equipment and costs
- Updating customer records accurately
- Raising purchase orders
- Use of office machinery such as scanners, photocopiers and laminators.
- Use of software systems
- Organising maintenance requirements across the business.

**Requirements of the Stock Controller**:

- Previous Parts, Stock or Stores experience
- Fire & Security background, or Electrical
- Local to Hitchin / Stevenage area
- MUST be computer-literate
- Good communicator
- Organised
