Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and well-organised designer to join our highly efficient in-house marketing team.

Delta Membrane Systems Limited is a manufacturer and provider of specialist structural waterproofing solutions, covering Type A, Type B and Type C waterproofing, combination waterproofing, damp proofing, basement drainage, flood resilience and ground gas protection systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Produce consistent designs for various collateral, including (but not limited to): Product Data Sheets, Material Data Sheets, Technical Guidance Notes, printed materials, and social assets.
- Design layout of brand brochures in line with the marketing plan and strategy.
- Maintain all brand guidelines and ensure that they are applied to all assets.
- Edit product photographs for use in design assets.
- Producing tailor-made artwork.
- Maintain assets and files in a tidy and organised system.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to design unique, innovative, and forward-thinking marketing materials.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Thinking creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with drawings as requested.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Keep up to date with design and industry trends to help shape our creative outputs.

**To be considered for the role**
- A design-related qualification.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to understand the company’s design needs.
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and existing creative direction.
- Good spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, applied to multiple design led tasks.
- A meticulous eye for detail and consistency.
- Strong conceptual skills - able to follow design briefs throughout projects from start to completion.
- Experience in photography beneficial but not essential.
