We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor role to provide supervisory support, management and coaching to the Warehouse team members while maintaining all company policies and procedures.

The purpose of the role is to take lead, manage and drive the Warehouse team, keeping staff motivated, focused, and engaged. This is a permanent full time position working 13:00 - 23:00 Monday - Thursday with potential for overtime.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Managing and maintaining all stock both physically and electronically using our computer system. (MERLIN)
- Conducting timely and accurate stock counts; managing both weekly spot checks and annual stock counts.
- Conducting monthly buildings and fire protection checks and arranging repair and maintenance.
- Managing picking of stock, assisting when required.
- Liaising with the Goods In Controller to ensure returned stock is put away correctly
- Working closely with the Distribution Management team to ensure that team resources are utilised appropriately to meet the demands of the business.
- Ensuring that outside storage and parking areas is maintained to a high standard with any stock stored outside is done safely and securely.
- Set, monitor, and report upon your teams KPI's.
- Coach, motivate and develop team to achieve a high standard of work.
- Focus on continuous improvement of internal process and raise suggestions to increase efficiency to Head of Department.

Requirements (Not limited to):

- Recent experience in working within despatch, stores, or warehouse roles.
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- outlook, work and excel at a basic level.
- Previous experience of stock management
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Forklift license desirable but not essential.
- Cat C (LGV) driving licence desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
