We are a rapidly growing Marketing Training and Full-Service Agency based in the North East of England. Our expertise lies in helping business owners worldwide (mainly in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia) achieve more successful businesses through improved Sales and Marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct split testing of ads and campaigns to identify the most effective variations.
- Optimize conversion rates for ads and landing pages through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Develop and deploy responsive search ads to enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
- Implement dynamic search ads to capture relevant search queries and expand reach.
- Create and execute performance max campaigns to drive optimal results for clients.
- Design and implement responsive display campaigns to maximize brand visibility and reach.
- Import Google Ads Campaigns into the Microsoft Advertising platform for cross-platform reach.
- Optimize Microsoft Advertising Campaigns to ensure efficient budget utilization and improved performance.
- Analyze search terms reports to identify valuable keywords and build a robust negative keyword list.
- Work with Looker studio (formerly data studio) to analyze and visualize campaign data for informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience (preferable) in digital marketing, preferably in PPC & Paid Search.
- Character, self-awareness, and values aligned with our company culture.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic copywriting skills for effective marketing communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel or Google equivalent(s).
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Proactive learner willing to be coached and invested in for growth.
- Right to work in the UK.

**Location**:
The role is office-based in Hartlepool.
Working hours are 10:30 - 18:30, Monday - Friday.

**Salary**:
£22,500 - £27,500 Dependant on Experience, ~Ultimately we are looking for the right person to join the growing company
